March 9
Grouping in Cluj-Napoca, we head to Warsaw, short stop at Auschwitz-Birkenau
March 10
we reach Warsaw and camp 7km away from the Old Town and we begin a short exploration of the city, then dinner
March 11
we head to Lithuania, a short visit to Kaunas and Hill of Crosses: over 500,000 crosses brought by people starting with the century. XIV, from the time of the Teutonic Knights ... and we head to Riga, the capital of Latvia; Here we spend a day at the Baltic Sea at Jurmala, a beautiful beach that was once the favorite destination of the Communist Party leaders in the former Soviet countries; Depending on the time we dine in the beautiful Old Town of Riga
March 12
After a breakfast in the beautiful golf course of the Baltic Sea, we head to Letonia, first in Parnu and we sail in the beautiful capital of Tallinn where we look forward to taking a ferry to Finland (Helsinki);
March 13
we board to Helsinki where we have an afternoon and evening to visit the city; We can visit the beautiful Suomenlinna Fortified Island at 20min by Helsinki Ferry, the Seurasaari Outdoor Museum that shows us the vast history of Finland, Market Square with Sibelius Monument, Temppeliaukio Church (Rock Church), then have dinner in the city
March 14
here begins the real experience, first stop Tampere and then Vaasa;
March 15
We go to Oulu, Kemi; in Kemi we visit the superb Ice Castle and we can choose to make an icebike expedition and a bathing in the frozen waters (in special suit)
March 16
We enter the Polar Circle and get to Santa's magnificent village where we expect to see the first glimpses of Aurora borealis; We camp for 2 days 7km away from downtown and a 15min walk to Santa Claus Village; We have the opportunity to dine in town or ... under the light of Aurora borealis;
March 17
After a night in which we hunted the Aurora borealis lights, we have a whole day to visit Rovaniemi, make some local excursions: sleigh ride / Husky rides, snowmobile rides, ice breaker trip and why not a short bath between glaciers (in a special suit)
March 18
we start in the morning to the ski area Levi / Yllas to take a ski tour under the magnificent Aurora borealis, Apre-Ski + dinner;
March 18-20
We "rest" our feet on the beautiful slopes of Finland under the pleasant sun of the beginning of spring; LEVI: 38km of which 20km red, 16km blue; YLLA: 55km of which 28km red, 21km blue; we camp 7 km away from the slopes (ski bus)
March 21-22
Going home ... but there is still a long way to see and experience; We salute Rovaniemi from the road and head to Pudasjarvi; we head to KOLI National Park where spring is present; Camping 1 day in Joensuu to enjoy a small part of the joys of Finland: over 187,000 lakes, over 179,000 islands and 2 million saunas for a population of 5,000,000;
March 23
we head towards Estonia and stop in Tallin
March 24
We head to the capital of Lithuania, Vilnius, where we will camp for a day; Walking and dining in town;
March 25
We are slowly approaching the house and we camp in Poland around Lublin;
March 26
We still have 700 km to Cluj-Napoca and with a little sleep for a few hours we arrive in Romania at the starting point;
